Plawres Sanshiro (Plastic Model Wrestling Sanshiro), is one of my favourite anime serieses. It was aired in Japan around 1983 and in middle east like in 1987-1988.  I started to like electronic machines, computers and the high tech world starting from Sanshiro Anime (Juohmaru) and the MSX كمبيوتر صخر!

Here is a videogame console of Sanshiro that I’ve online bought it!!

Shinkansen is a network of high speed railway lines in Japan operated by four Japan Railways Group companies. Starting with the 210 km/h (130 mph) Tokaido Shinkansen in 1964, the now expanded network is linking to more major cities of Japan at speeds up to 300km/h (186 mph).  Test runs have reached 443 km/h (275 mph) for conventional rail in 1996, and up to a world-record 581 km/h (361 mph) in 2003.”

Shinkansen literally means “New Trunk Line”, but now in english it’s called “The Bullet Train!”.

I had the chance to ride on the Shinkansen in 2003, between Mt. Fuji and Tokyo. It was really super fast, I could barely see the out side! The interior was plane-alike with the passenger seats and the attendants, hehehe! that was lots of  fun and very pleasant, you should try it ;)

Astroganga, غزاة من الفضاء – جونكر in Arabic. Is a Japanese anime produced in 1972 by the director Masashi Nitta and the original work is by Tetsuhisa Suzukawa. It’s as other Super Robots Anime, the plot is about aliens attacking planet earth. Briefly, the Destroyers, almodammiroon as they’re named in the Arabic dub, are searching for Oxygen in the universe, they’ve first destroyed “Planet Kantarus” before they have made it to Planet Earth!

Maya, she’s from the Planet Kantarus. She’s Dr.Hoshi’s wife and Kantaru’s mother. She has died earlier in the anime due to the Destroyers attacks’ side effects. Kantaru, the son, combines with Astroganga by his special abilities being a half Kantarious to strengthen Astroganga’s power, so they usually fight together. Hence, Kantaru is not a robot’s pilot as in any other typical super robots anime!

Astroganga – جونكر – got very popular in Arab countries during the 80′s. Especially in Gulf countries and Lebanon as it was dubbed in Ba’albak Studio in Sin el Feel in Lebanon. So, Why am I discussing here such an old anime that perhaps most of the readers here are not interested in?! I’m just trying to attract Astroganga fans to connect into my blog hehehe :D .

I should be so lucky to find the action figure of Astroganga sold in Kuwait,  It was overpriced though but Astroganga worths it, JONGAAAAAAAAR!!

Tokyo is one of the candidate cities to host the 2016 Summer Olympic Games, besides Chicago, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro.  Tokyo previously hosted the Olympic Games in 1964, becoming the first city outside Europe and the USA to host the event. The olympic committee will reach a final decision on October 2, 2009.

Therefore, Tokyo is preparing the olympic infrastructure. The sporting avenues are located in two main zones, the Heritage Zone and the Tokyo Bay Zone. The Heritage Zone consists of existing venues, many of which were already used during the 1964 olympic games.  The Tokyo Bay Zone consists of venues on the man made islands of Tokyo Bay, many of which are to be newly constructed.”

I really wish Tokyo to host the 2016 olympic games, as they are very well prepared to organize it in a modern high tech way comparing with the other candidate cities, no offense!

Yesterday while watching NHK, I had the chance to watch a documentary program about Morioka City in Japan.  Morioka is the capital city of Iwate perfecture in Japan. It’s located on the north-east side of  HonshuMorioka has an estimated population of 300,740. The total area is 489.15 km2.  Three rivers flow over Morioka, the Kitakami, the Shizukuishi and the Nakatsu. Although Morioka is a small city but it has 5 stars hotels and restaurants, besides the museums and shops.

Morioka can be reached in a 3 hours ride on the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo. Sakura trees usually bloom in Morioka by late April, so I guess it’s the best time to visit Morioka. It has been already added to my to do list hehehe!  Inshallah I’m planning to visit Nagoya in late March, Sendai and Morioka in late April and Hokkiado in May to chase the flow of Sakura!

Here I’m introducing “Manga” for those who are new in this before I go further and discuss more of manga topics and news. Manga in Japanese means comics or graphical novels. Manga are quite popular in Japan since the 18th century! Most of  the “Anime” serieses are based on manga, and many are not complete unless you followup the manga version.  Manga industry has expanded worldwide and being translated into differnt international languages. Hope Arabs will start translating manga into arabic as good as they did back in dubbing the 80′s anime, if not then please don’t touch it or even get closer!!

Now I feel like I wanna go read my collection of manga! hehehe!!

Oh! that’s so fast, I’m reaching my 2nd post!! woooowoooo hehe.

I’ll try to maintain the high potential and not to turn the blog into a tedious jargon as shown on screen above, WA?!Consequently, I’ll fill my blog  “mostly”  with  classic anime, manga and video games posts which I’m extremely interested in. In addition to that all, and a side from these common interests, I’ll load the Electronish blog with “Japan” related entries which will be concentrating on Japanese modern/classical/traditional/abnormal/boring interesting/exciting and even Shockin’ topics.

So have a seat and enjoy the electric shocks!

Well, this is my first post so I’m kicking it off with this empty entry, hehe!

I’ve been always participating and maybe contributing on others’ blogs and yet here’s the time to start my own.

In fact, I had a very old blog at the livejournal which is absolutely out of date by now. Consequently, I’ve decided to establish a new one.

Electronish welcomes EVERYbody!!
